About CashPath
CashPath provides website information and an online entry point through which a consumer may begin a request that can continue into a participating-provider process.
CashPath does not itself lend money, open a credit account, approve or deny credit, service a loan, or collect payments under a provider agreement.
The availability of CashPath does not mean that a financial product will be available to every visitor.
CashPath is not a lender
CashPath is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
A participating provider, not CashPath, determines whether it will evaluate a request, request additional information, present an offer, or decline to proceed.
CashPath does not determine an offered amount, interest rate, APR, finance charge, fee, repayment term, payment schedule, or other financial condition.
No guarantee of an offer or funding
Submitting information through CashPath does not guarantee a provider match, application approval, offer, requested amount, particular APR, particular fee structure, funding, or funding timing.
A provider may decide that it cannot offer a product or may present terms different from what you expected or requested.
You are responsible for deciding whether any available provider offer is appropriate for you.
Provider agreements control financial products
If you decide to continue with a participating provider, review the provider's disclosures and agreement carefully.
The provider's documents control the actual financial relationship, including the amount, APR, fees, payment schedule, repayment obligations, consequences of default, and other terms.
Information on CashPath is general website information and cannot replace the provider's legally applicable disclosures.
Your responsibility for information you provide
When using CashPath or a participating-provider flow, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Do not impersonate another person, use another person's identity information without authorization, intentionally submit false information, or use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.
A provider may independently verify information according to its own procedures.
Review before accepting
An available offer is not an instruction to borrow.
Before accepting a provider agreement, review the APR, fees, repayment terms, scheduled payment amount, payment frequency, total repayment, and any provisions relating to late or missed payments.
CashPath's Rates & Fees and Responsible Borrowing pages provide general educational information that may help you understand what to look for.
No financial, legal, or tax advice
CashPath content is provided for general informational purposes.
It is not individualized financial, investment, credit, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Your financial circumstances may differ from another visitor's, and general website information cannot determine whether borrowing is suitable for you.
Third-party services
CashPath relies on or may link to independent third-party services, including technology used in the participating-provider request process.
Third parties have their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility standards, security practices, and operational requirements.
CashPath does not control every action or decision made by an independent provider or third-party service.
Advertiser and referral relationships
CashPath may receive advertising or referral compensation in connection with participating-provider activity.
Compensation may affect which opportunities are available or presented through the service.
CashPath does not represent every provider or financial product available in the market.
Read the Advertiser Disclosure for more information.
Intellectual property
The CashPath name, website design, original text, graphics, and other CashPath-created materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit CashPath content in a manner that violates applicable law or CashPath's rights.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of cashpath.org, introduce malicious code, circumvent technical protections, access systems without authorization, automate abusive requests, misuse another person's information, or use CashPath to facilitate fraud or other unlawful conduct.
CashPath may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, visitors, integrations, or third parties.
Website availability
CashPath may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the website.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every third-party integration will always remain available.
Temporary technical problems do not change any separate agreement you may have entered into directly with a provider.
Information may change
CashPath seeks to provide useful and understandable information, but financial terminology, provider practices, third-party integrations, laws, and website functionality can change.
If CashPath information conflicts with the actual terms of a provider offer, the provider's applicable disclosures and agreement control that transaction.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the CashPath website and general informational content are provided without a promise that the website will meet every user's needs or that use will produce a particular financial result.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees approval, provider availability, or funding.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CashPath is not responsible for independent decisions, agreements, products, servicing activities, data practices, or conduct of third-party providers merely because a visitor reached that provider through the CashPath request flow.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
CashPath may update these Terms as the website or service evolves.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date where appropriate.
Continued use of the site after an update is subject to the version then presented, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
